Sleep Coaching advises and supports parents in achieving a bedtime routine that does not involve endless and helpless crying. For optimal health and well-being, it is essential that parents experience control of and confidence in their own skills. Healthy Parenting supports parents in obtaining a healthy amount of quality sleep, but without feeling stress, guilt or shame.

Extensive evaluation of sleeping issues.
A personalized sleep plan matching your child age and developmental level, based on the family’s needs.
Call out desired results.
Weekly feedback on a parent-kept diary, through secure app over a 3 week period.
1 telephone consultation per week (15mins, Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM) during a three week period. 45 minutes total.

Twice-weekly feedback on a parent-kept diary, through secure app over a 3 week period.
2 telephone consultations per week (15mins, Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM) during a three week period. 90 minutes total.

Thrice-weekly feedback on a parent-kept diary, through secure app over a 3 week period.
3 telephone consultations per week (15mins, Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM) during a three week period. 135 minutes total.

Intake and sessions can be held at a location of choice (e.g. home or work) on request. Travel time and distance will be billed separately.

*Additional child in the same family at €195,- additional (with the exception of twins).

** Travel time is €25,- per hour, distance at €0.50 per kilometer measured from Son.

** Additional maternity care or pedagogical support can be provided at a rate of €55,- per hour.
